The Rx Abuse Leadership Initiative Indiana (RALI Indiana) has partnered with Code 3 to bring the RALI CARES educational trailer to several stops through Indiana this month. The effort helps educate community members, especially parents, about the warning signs of opioid misuse among teenagers and children.
The trailer is set up as an interactive, representative teenage bedroom, which parents and community members can tour to learn possible warning signs of substance misuse. Visitors can also speak with law enforcement professionals on hand about resources available in their community if they are concerned about their children after touring the trailer. (Community members must be at least 21-years old to tour the trailer.)
